Rachel is a former psychotherapist turned Soul Medic — she helps high performers out of their secret messes resulting from overwhelm, anxiety, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. She has written three books–on planning for Difficult Conversations, on taming the Inner Critic, and a manual on using EFT tapping for stress relief. She also teaches a group program, Soul School, helping students build self-trust as the antidote to anxiety.
