Featured in Glamour Magazine and on nationally televised Investigation Discovery, Kristen Paruginog is the Founder and Executive Director of Break the Silence against Domestic Violence, commonly known as (BTS). Upon embarking on a personal journey of healing and growth, Kristen courageously shared her story of survival on social media in hopes to inspire victims living in silence to break free. The outpour from men and women was humbling and sparked the idea to establish a non-profit organization to serve and assist individuals affected by domestic violence.
