Margot is the founder and CEO of Oliver Capital Partners, a private equity investment and advisory firm and the CEO of Gabriella's Kitchen (formerly Hollywood Foods), a leading manufacturer of fortified and functional foods.

She was honored as the Canadian Women in Communications Woman of the Year in 2013, was named one of Canada's Top 100 most powerful women in 2011 and was the PROFIT Magazine Western Canada Finalist for a CIBC Female Entrepreneur of the Year Award.

Jonna Overson, founder of Green Tree Home Care, discovered her passion for helping seniors stay safely in their homes several years ago.  She worked to develop a strong understanding of the home care environment as well as resources available to clients and their families.  

She takes an educational approach to home care advisement and loves giving clients the tools they need to create a home care plan that is best for them.

Joan spent the first 28 years of her career working in major corporate settings as both a scientist and engineer. In 2012, Joan found her true life calling and became a  social entrepreneur. She created two companies: ReAdventured and Someday Is Now. Both these companies were built on Joan's vision of helping others live more inspired careers and lives.
